Ingredients

Matcha Latte

• 2 tsp Maeda-en Ceremonial Matcha Powder
• 3 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 cup milk
• Ice

Sea Salt Cream Topping

• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 tbsp whipping cream
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk the Maeda-en Ceremonial Matcha Powder with water and honey until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a separate container, combine the milk, whipping cream, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Whip until slightly thickened and creamy.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the milk.
4. Add the prepared matcha mixture and stir to combine.
5. Spoon the sea salt cream on top.
6. Dust with a little extra matcha powder, if desired.
7. Serve and enjoy.
