Matcha Iced Cocoa
Ingredients
- Hot chocolate powder
- Maeda-en Shiki Matcha Powder
- Milk of choice
- Heavy cream
Directions
- In a separate glass, mix a packet of hot chocolate powder with hot water until fully dissolved.
- Sift and whisk Maeda-en Shiki Matcha Powder with warm water until smooth.
- In another glass, stir together heavy cream and milk of choice until combined.
- Add ice to your cup, then pour in the hot chocolate.
- Layer the cream and milk mixture on top, finishing with the matcha for a smooth green layer.
