Have you ever tried "Kooridashi" Ice-Brew Green Tea? "Kooridashi" is tea brewed slowly using only ice cubes. Kooridashi iced tea is usually made using loose leaf tea; but this time we will use our Premium Gyokuro tea bags to make it even easier. All you need to do is wait and relax until the ice melts. You will be surprised to find that green tea made in this way is very sweet and has a concentrated umami flavor.

- 1 Premium Gyokuro Tea Bag
- A Glass Full of Ice Cubes
*Capacity of the glass used in this recipe: 600ml.
Directions
 1. Place 1 Premium Gyokuro Tea Bag in a empty glass. |
 2. Fill glass with ice cubes. |
 3. Wait until the ice cubes melts. Remove tea bag and enjoy! |
