SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground for the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska and Hawaii, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. Please contact us if you have special shipping needs. We will be happy to give you a quote.
Free Shipping applies to orders over $50.00 to one address within U.S. For orders under $50.00, $7.00 flat rate standard shipping is applied.
Note: Free shipping offers do not apply when orders ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Our “$7 flat rate” also does not apply to orders from Alaska/Hawaii and shipping rates may vary per order. The freight charge will be based on the weight and size of the package.
Orders usually ship within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. However, shipping may require several additional days due to occasional reasons such as high order volumes and orders placed during the holiday season.
Our website will not accept any orders if the delivery address is outside of the U.S.
We do not accept returns and/or exchanges. If your shipment was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package.
Your orders of Maeda-en’s products are placed through our secure website. We accept major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are unable to charge the accurate amount for your order for any reason, your order will be canceled and any amount charged will be returned to your card. Orders can also be placed by contacting us via mail, phone, or fax.
