We recommend a healthy and refreshing Blueberry Matcha Smoothie! Matcha green tea and blueberries, both known as superfoods, are rich in antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients. Its really easy to make too! All you have to do is put the ingredients in a mixer and blend! Start your day with a healthy, nutritious Matcha Blueberry Smoothie!
Ingredients
- 2 sticks/2g Naked Organic Matcha
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
- Garnish: Matcha Powder, Blueberries and Mint Leaves
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. |
2. Blend until smooth, 1 – 2 minutes. |
3. Pour into a glass. |
3. Serve with Matcha Powder, Blueberries and Mint Leaves as an optional garnish. |
