How to Prepare: For iced Dokudami-cha, place one tea bag into a pitcher and steep in a half-gallon of cold water in the refrigerator for several hours. For hot Dokudami-cha, place 1 tea bag into a pitcher and steep in a half-gallon of hot water for 5 minutes.
How to Enjoy: This is a low caffeine tea. Enjoy it iced tea as well as hot tea!
