Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:
・110 g melted butter
・200 g granulated sugar
・1 large egg
・1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
・200 g all purpose flour
・½ tsp baking powder
・½ tsp baking soda
・1 tbsp Maeda-en Culinary Quality Matcha Powder
・½ tsp sea salt
Mix-ins:
– 50 g white chocolate chunks
Directions
1. Whisk together all wet ingredients until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
4. Fold in the white chocolate chunks.
5. Scoop and shape the dough, then bake at 340°F for 10–11 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
