Directions
1. Make Blueberry Syrup
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a boil, smashing the berries as you stir.
- Continue cooking until the mixture thickens, then let it cool
2. Prepare Matcha
- Whisk matcha powder with 4 tablespoons of warm water until foamy.
3. Assemble the Latte
- Fill a cup with ice.
- Add 2 tablespoons of blueberry syrup, pour in milk, and top with the frothy matcha.

- The blueberry syrup can be stored in the fridge for several days—make extra for convenience.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing sugar or substituting with honey.
