Super Premium 特上缶 is the highest quality Shin-cha from the first flush with strong umami flavors. Super Premium 特上缶 is made by steaming, drying, and rolling the tea leaves to remove the moisture and to preserve the flavor and aroma. The resulting Shin-cha tea is a catechin and amino-acid-rich cup, full of umami notes and sweet tastes, with a deep, refreshing flavor, and a soft mouth feel. It comes in an elegant tea canister.
