Super Premium Shin-cha is made by steaming, drying, and rolling the tea leaves to remove the moisture and to preserve the flavor and aroma. The resulting Shin-cha tea is a catechin and amino-acid-rich cup, full of umami notes and sweet tastes, with a deep, refreshing flavor, and a soft texture. It comes in an elegant tea canister.
