Sen-cha is the most popular type of tea in Japan. Immediately after the leaves are picked, they are steamed, rolled and dried into little green needles.
Our Blender's Sen-cha brews a grassy, savory cup with a subtle hint of sweetness. Light, yellow-green liquor with a characteristically green nose.
We recommend brewing 1 tbsp of leaves in a cup of hot water(165-190F) for 1 minute to 2 minutes, then enjoy!
